Terms of Sale - Conditions   Books are offered as new or second-hand. Any obvious marks or damage will be disclosed to the best of my ability and in good faith. Occasionally, new books will be discounted as a result of damage in transit and again any such damage will be fully documented.   Terms of Sale - Payment Books can be purchased at shows or by mail order or from Rail-books.co.uk, and can be reserved for picking up at a particular show.  Books may also be reserved awaiting arrival of payment for up to 10 days. Payment can be made by credit or debit card  (sorry - NOT Switch or book tokens), cheque or postal order made payable to Geoff Gamble Books.  You can also pay by Paypal, my registered e-mail address can be obtained on request contact Geoff Gamble Books. Due to the actions of spammers, I no longer advertise my e-mail address. Since the introduction of Chip & PIN, I am now obliged by the card processors to record the security number on the back of the card, your postcode, and house number, so please do not take offence when I ask for these details.  PLEASE DO NOT reveal your PIN number. Books are normally sent by second class post within a couple of days of receipt of payment to UK addresses. I am happy to quote upon request for carriage by first class post. Bulk orders within the UK will be sent by courier in future and the maximum price capped at £7 per parcel. The postage rates quoted at rail-books.co.uk are for 2nd class post unless stated otherwise. I aim to send out books within 48 hours unless I am on holiday or I am awaiting fresh stocks of books. If a delay is anticipated, I will advise by e-mail or phone.   Post and packing is charged at cost unless offered post free. For overseas customers, post and packing will be charged at cost,  however please note that I do not ship to Nigeria due to the large number of fraudulent scams originating from that country. REFUND POLICY FOR BOOKS PURCHASED VIA THE WEB If you find that you have purchased a book by mistake, please be aware that UK law allows you 7 working days to cancel and return the book.  Once the book has been received in good condition, a refund will be made of the book price and original postage. On-line retailers are not liable for the costs of returning unwanted purchases.   06/11/11
